Packaging
Each box contains 30 sachets - one month's supply. Each sachet contains 17 grams of powdered wheat germ extract with a total weight of 510g. The box size is 19 cms x 13 cms x 14 cms high.

Shipping
Mailing Days are Tuesdays, therefore orders received by the end of any particular week, will be posted out the following Tuesday. We usually have no problem with the supply of the product; however it is advisable to place your next order at least 2 weeks before running out of the product. This prevents you, the customer, and also the despatcher, from becoming stressed. Each shipment is packaged in a heat resistant foam box with frozen gel packs.
Please note on receipt of the product, it should be stored at a temperature range of 5-15 degrees C. [preferably in a refrigerator].
Due to the perishable nature of the product, we can’t offer any refund.
Delivery time to capital cities in Australia is usually next day delivery. Deliveries to other regions usually take 2 days. You will be advised of a tracking number via email once your shipment has been despatched.
